Building Strong Foundations: The Power of Bone Grafting at Florida Prosthodontics

When it comes to restoring your smile and oral health, having a solid foundation is essential. At Florida Prosthodontics, we understand the significance of bone health in achieving successful dental procedures. That’s why we offer advanced bone grafting techniques to ensure that your smile restoration journey is built on a strong and stable foundation. Let’s explore how grafting can transform your dental experience and give you the confidence to smile brightly.

Understanding Bone Grafting

Bone grafting is a procedure that involves adding bone tissue to areas where it’s needed. This technique is particularly valuable in cases where the jawbone lacks sufficient density or volume to support dental implants, dentures, or other restorations. At Florida Prosthodontics, we specialize in all types of procedures to enhance the success and longevity of your dental treatments.

The Benefits of Bone Grafting

Enhanced Implant Success: Dental implants require a solid foundation for successful integration. Bone grafting creates the necessary support, increasing the chances of a durable and successful implant placement.

Preserving Facial Structure: Tooth loss can lead to bone resorption, which can result in a sunken appearance. This helps preserve the natural contours of your face, maintaining a youthful and vibrant look.

Improved Aesthetic Results: Grafting ensures that your restorations, whether they’re dental implants, crowns, or bridges, blend seamlessly with your natural teeth for a harmonious and natural-looking smile.

The Magic of Teeth Whitening and Cosmetic Dental Procedures

A radiant smile from teeth whitening is undeniably one of the most captivating features a person can possess. It exudes confidence, warmth, and positivity, leaving a lasting impression on everyone we meet. Unfortunately, over time, various factors can cause our teeth to lose their natural luster, leading to stained, discolored, or unevenly shaped teeth. Thankfully, modern dentistry offers a range of cosmetic dental procedures, with teeth whitening at the forefront, that can transform your smile and boost your self-esteem.

The Enchantment of Teeth Whitening:

Teeth whitening is a non-invasive and immensely popular cosmetic dental procedure designed to lighten the shade of your teeth, eradicating stains and discolorations caused by various factors, including:

Dietary Habits: Consumption of dark-colored beverages like coffee, tea, red wine, and sodas, as well as certain foods like berries, can stain teeth over time.

Age and Genetics: As we age, our tooth enamel naturally thins, revealing the yellowish dentin beneath. Genetics can also influence the thickness and color of enamel.

Poor Oral Hygiene: Inadequate brushing and flossing can lead to the buildup of plaque and tartar, which can cause teeth to appear dull and yellow.

Teeth Whitening Benefits:

Enhanced Aesthetics: The most obvious advantage of teeth whitening is a visibly brighter smile. Whiter teeth can make you look younger, healthier, and more attractive.

Improved Confidence: A beautiful smile can significantly boost your self-confidence and make you feel more at ease in social interactions and professional settings.

Non-Invasive and Quick Procedure: Professional teeth whitening is a relatively simple and painless procedure that can often be completed in a single visit to your dentist.

Customized Treatment: Dentists can tailor the teeth whitening treatment to suit your specific needs, ensuring optimal results without causing harm to your teeth and gums.

Long-Lasting Effects: While the longevity of teeth whitening results varies from person to person, with proper oral care and regular dental check-ups, you can enjoy your dazzling smile for a year or more.

Beyond Whitening;

Other Cosmetic Dental Procedures: Apart from teeth whitening, modern cosmetic dentistry offers an array of procedures that can address various imperfections and transform your smile:

Dental Veneers: Thin, custom-made shells placed over the front surface of teeth can correct chipped, stained, misaligned, or unevenly spaced teeth.

Dental Bonding: Using tooth-colored composite resin, dentists can repair chipped or cracked teeth, close small gaps, and improve the appearance of discolored teeth.

Invisalign or Clear Aligners: These transparent aligners gently shift misaligned teeth into their proper position, providing a more discreet alternative to traditional braces.

Dental Implants: For individuals with missing teeth, dental implants can restore both function and aesthetics by replacing the missing tooth with a natural-looking artificial one.

The Importance of Professional Expertise:

While there are numerous over-the-counter teeth whitening products available, it’s crucial to seek professional dental guidance for any cosmetic procedure. Dentists possess the knowledge, training, and tools necessary to perform these procedures safely and effectively. DIY treatments may carry the risk of damaging your teeth and gums or providing suboptimal results.

Cosmetic dental procedures, including teeth whitening, offer a gateway to a more confident and radiant version of yourself. With the help of skilled dental professionals, you can bid farewell to dental imperfections and embrace the smile of your dreams. Exploring Fillings, Crowns, and Teeth Whitening with Florida Prosthodontics

A radiant smile is often considered a reflection of good oral health and overall well-being. Regular dental check-ups, coupled with a diligent oral hygiene routine, play a vital role in maintaining a healthy mouth. However, there are instances when additional dental procedures become necessary to address specific issues or enhance the aesthetics of your smile. In this article, we will explore fillings, crowns, and teeth whitening and how they can benefit you with the help of our dental offices.

Dental Fillings:

Dental fillings are one of the most common dental procedures performed by dentists worldwide. They are used to treat cavities, which are small holes caused by tooth decay. Decay occurs when the bacteria in plaque produce acids that erode the tooth enamel. If left untreated, cavities can lead to tooth sensitivity, pain, and even tooth loss.

During a dental filling procedure, the dentist removes the decayed portion of the tooth and fills the resulting cavity with a restorative material, such as composite resin, porcelain, or amalgam. This not only restores the tooth’s functionality but also prevents further decay by sealing off the affected area. With advancements in dental technology, tooth-colored composite fillings have gained popularity, as they blend seamlessly with the natural tooth color, creating a more aesthetically pleasing result.

Dental Crowns:

Dental crowns, also known as caps, are tooth-shaped restorations that encase a damaged or weakened tooth to restore its strength, shape, and appearance. Crowns are often recommended for teeth with severe decay, fractures, or large fillings that compromise their structural integrity. They can also be used to improve the appearance of discolored or misshapen teeth.

The process of placing a dental crown involves preparing the tooth by removing a small amount of its outer surface. This creates space for the crown to fit comfortably over the tooth. The dentist then takes impressions of the tooth to create a custom-made crown that matches the shape, size, and color of the adjacent teeth. While the permanent crown is being fabricated, a temporary crown is placed to protect the tooth. Once the permanent crown is ready, it is cemented onto the prepared tooth, restoring its function and appearance.

Teeth Whitening:

Teeth whitening, or dental bleaching, is a popular cosmetic dental procedure aimed at enhancing the brightness and whiteness of teeth. Over time, factors such as aging, consumption of certain foods and beverages, tobacco use, and poor oral hygiene can lead to tooth discoloration and staining.

Teeth whitening procedures can be performed in the dental office or at home, under the guidance of a dentist. In-office whitening typically involves the application of a high-concentration bleaching agent directly on the teeth, followed by the activation of the agent with a special light or laser. This process allows for quick and noticeable results. Home-based whitening options usually involve custom-made trays filled with a milder bleaching agent that patients wear for a designated period, as instructed by their dentist.

These three general dental procedures—dental fillings, dental crowns, and teeth whitening—serve as essential tools in the arsenal of modern dentistry. Whether it’s restoring a tooth damaged by decay, strengthening a weakened tooth, or enhancing the appearance of discolored teeth, these procedures help promote oral health and boost confidence by creating a brighter, more radiant smile. Regular dental check-ups and open communication with your dentist will ensure that you receive the most appropriate treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, helping you maintain a healthy and beautiful smile for years to come.

Benefits of Full Mouth Rehabilitation with Florida Prosthodontics

If you have dental imperfections like missing or damaged teeth, crooked or stained teeth, misaligned bites, or jaw pain, you may be in need of full mouth rehabilitation. This process can drastically turn your dental health around in the right direction, especially with the help of a high quality dental office.

Full mouth reconstruction involves multiple restoration treatments, each tailored to improve a patient’s oral appearance and function. Our dentists will evaluate your overall health and bite to devise a comprehensive treatment plan.

Improved Oral Health

Dental care is important for your health and wellbeing. It can prevent serious issues from affecting your health. For instance, teeth misalignments and jaw pain may cause headaches, snoring, and sleep apnea.

When these issues are corrected, you will be able to live a more comfortable life. Additionally, you will feel more attractive and confident about your smile.

Full mouth dental care is a comprehensive treatment that includes multiple dental procedures and treatments to improve oral health. It’s often recommended for patients who have several dental issues, including tooth decay, gum disease, or a TMJ disorder.

The treatment plan will optimize each part of your mouth, including teeth, gums, and bite. In addition, it will also involve repositioning your jaw to prevent snoring and sleep apnea.

A Younger Appearance

Getting your mouth restored with full mouth rehabilitation can not only give you a more youthful appearance, but it can also make you feel more confident about yourself. It will eliminate pain you might be experiencing due to damaged teeth, and it can help you eat your favorite foods again.

The oral system is complex and must work together in harmony to function properly. When any of the parts break down, it affects all the others.

When you come in for a consultation, your dentist will take X-rays and examine your teeth and gums to determine what procedures are best for you. They will also consider your occlusion (the way upper and lower teeth fit together) and the esthetic (color, shape, size and proportion) of your teeth.

Improved Self-Esteem

If your teeth have suffered severe damage due to tooth grinding, gum disease or dental accidents you may benefit from full mouth rehabilitation. This extensive cosmetic procedure restores the health of your mouth structures including your gums, jaw bone and muscles.

The main benefits include improved oral health, a brighter smile and more self-confidence when you do the things that matter most. You’ll feel more comfortable when chewing and drinking, smiling and speaking and putting your best foot forward with friends and family.

Having the correct oral function is also essential for maintaining a healthy body, which lowers your risk for chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Keeping your oral health in tip-top shape with regular brushing, flossing and dental visits will help to reduce the likelihood of developing these conditions.

More Comfort

For many people, crooked, discolored, and missing teeth can be a source of discomfort. They may have difficulty chewing certain foods, and they may find it difficult to speak. These problems can also affect a person’s self-esteem and confidence.

Full mouth rehabilitation can provide more comfort and peace of mind for many patients by addressing all of these issues at one time. This type of treatment is typically much faster, safer, and more efficient than tackling each problem individually.

Get a Brighter Smile with Zoom Teeth Whitening in Florida

Store-bought teeth whitening treatments just don’t cut for most people. If you want fast, effective teeth whitening in Florida, we have several treatment options to suit our patient’s needs.

There are dozens, if not hundreds of whitening products that claim to whiten your teeth. Some do, some don’t, and some are more effective than others. You’ll want to understand the differences and limitations of these treatments in order to make the best decision for your smile.

Foods and beverages and even some medications can leave stains deep within your teeth. The hard outer layer of enamel can become cracked over time, allowing stains to sink into the dentin, making them more difficult to remove.

Medications such as tetracycline can cause deep stains in the teeth. The deeper the stain, the less effective over-the-counter options are.

Whitening toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide is very popular, but it is not actually that effective at removing stains. At-home teeth whitening strips are another popular choice; however, these are also not going to give you the long-lasting results you want.

Adhesive strips contain whitening agents that can cause teeth and gum irritation with continued use. These tooth-whitening treatments can also leave your smile more vulnerable to stains if you do not avoid pigmented foods and beverages in the days following their use.

So, where do you get teeth whitening in Florida with long-lasting results? The answer is professional teeth whitening solutions from Zoom. There are several different professional products on the market for in-office teeth whitening treatments. Of the different tooth whitening systems we looked at, we have found Zoom to be the most effective.

Zoom whitening can be performed in the office in as little as an hour, or at home over the course of a week.

For the chairside treatment, we will first perform a cleaning of your teeth to prepare the surface. We then apply a carbamide peroxide gel, followed by a special light that enhances the effects of the gel. The gel then breaks down into small oxygen bubbles. These bubbles are able to work their way deep into the enamel and dentin of the teeth, which addresses those deeper, stubborn stains that build up over time.

You will notice whiter teeth immediately following this treatment. The results are teeth that are typically eight shades whiter!

We also offer Zoom take-home trays if you would rather perform the process at home.  Individual needs may vary, but typically you will use these custom-fit trays over the course of a week. The results achieved are teeth that are up to six shades lighter.

A Zoom treatment is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways for achieving whiter teeth. If your needs are more complex, we provide a wide range of cosmetic dentistry and

prosthodontic rehabilitation services to fix your smile and return you to optimal oral health.

We make it easy to find quality teeth whitening in Florida with one of our three convenient locations in the Orlando area.

Cosmetic Dentistry Procedures For a Beautiful Smile

If you want a beautiful smile, you may want to consider cosmetic dentistry procedures. While some of these procedures can have positive impacts on your overall dental health, they’re primarily focused on improving your appearance. With lots of options, deciding which procedure is best for you can be tricky. Fortunately, there are many options available, including porcelain veneers, inlays and onlays.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are custom-made shells made of porcelain that can improve the appearance of your teeth and cover any cracks or chips in your enamel. They can also straighten crooked teeth. As a result, they’re an excellent choice for patients who want to improve their smile. This treatment is highly resistant to stains and is virtually undetectable. Moreover, porcelain veneers look and feel like natural tooth enamel, making them an ideal choice for smile improvement.

To ensure the highest quality results, you should seek out our dental office with Florida Prosthodontics. With years of experience and extremely well trained and educated dentists, we can provide exceptional care that you won’t find anywhere else.

Inlays

Inlays and onlays are dental restorations that restore the strength and natural appearance of teeth. They are made from ceramic or porcelain and are placed in the indented top surface of a tooth. Inlays and onlays are typically used when a tooth is severely damaged and cannot be repaired with a traditional dental filling.

While crowns are the most common cosmetic dental procedure, inlays and onlays are also popular in cosmetic dentistry. These cosmetic treatments are similar to one another, but they are different and each has its own set of benefits. For instance, an inlay is used for small cavities in the back teeth. They are not a replacement for a dental crown, but they are more conservative and do not affect the biting surface.

Onlays

Onlays are dental restorations that replace decayed or missing tooth surfaces. During an onlay procedure, the dentist will take X-rays and molds of the affected teeth. These pictures will be used by a dental laboratory to make the replacement tooth. Once the dentist has completed the procedure, patients return to their dentist’s office to receive the new onlay. The dentist will numb the area and remove any bacteria or decay from the tooth before attaching the onlay. After the dental onlay is secured to the tooth, the dentist will check the bite to make sure the new filling fits properly.

Onlays are a great option for patients who want to repair their teeth conservatively without the need for a crown. Onlays require less tooth structure to be removed than crowns and can last for many years. They are similar to inlays, except that onlays extend to the tooth cusp rather than the entire surface.

Options for Bone Grafting and When it is Necessary

Losing a tooth can be serious. If you lose any teeth because of facial trauma or decay, it is not something you should try and live with. Getting expedient care is critical to your oral health.

Missing teeth can lead to numerous health problems. Bone loss in the jaw is one of the more serious issues that can arise. Your teeth can shift, tooth damage can occur, and you can suffer from TMJ and bruxism. Dental implants are an effective way to restore dental health and structural integrity; however, the procedure becomes more involved once bone loss occurs.

One essential function your teeth perform is stimulating the jaw. Without adequate stimulation your body stops sending nutrients to the jawbones, which causes bone loss.

A dental implant consists of a titanium post, an abutment, and a crown. The post provides stability once it fuses with the jawbone. Two important factors for successful osseointegration  are bone mass and integrity. Without these a bone grafting procedure will likely need to take place.

Bone grafting is a surgical procedure that is performed to restore strength to your jawbone before inserting dental implants. The success of dental implants relies, in part, on the amount of bone mass in the jaw. Healthy bone growth around the implant ensures proper fusion so it can integrate with the rest of your teeth.

There are several options for bone graft materials. Bone can be taken from another area of your body, from a donor, or be synthetic bone. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and local anesthetic.

Here is a brief explanation of the different types of grafts available:

  • Autografts use bone tissue from the hip or tibia. Your body won’t reject this graft because it is from your body. This procedure does require an additional surgical site.
  • Allografts use tissue from a donor or tissue bank, which eliminates the need for an additional surgical site during your graft. The bone is screened for safety prior to the implant.
  • Xenografts use material that is typically sourced from a cow. High temperature processing reduces risk and ensures your safety.
  • Alloplasts are a type of bone graft that use synthetic material such as bone morphogenic protein or a demineralized bone matrix.

Tooth loss is not the only scenario when grafting is necessary. Facial trauma can cause bone fractures or broken bones in the alveolar ridge, or jawbone. If there is not enough existing bone material in the jaw, bone healing will be impaired.

As complex as these procedures can sound, we want you to rest easy knowing that we have been performing them with great success for many years. And we want you to know that there are a wide range of solutions to your dental problems.

You will receive a thorough examination and x-rays to determine if bone grafting is required or a simple implant is the optimal treatment plan for you. We will follow up with you throughout the healing process to ensure a smooth recovery.

FInd Out if Full Mouth Rehabilitation is the RIght Treatment Plan for You

We all hope to get a clean bill of health at the dentist during our bi-yearly cleaning. Maintaining your oral health with proper at-home dental care is a great way to ensure that happens! While proper care reduces your chances of having oral health problems, things can still go wrong.

You may only need to repair a small chip from accidentally biting a fork, or maybe require a full mouth rehabilitation. We are experienced in helping our patients through a range of dental problems.

Accidents can cause facial trauma and knock teeth out. Teeth grinding often occurs during  sleep without you ever knowing; this causes worn teeth, which leads to other problems down the road.

Some aspects of your oral health are within your control and some are not. Whether it’s a single tooth replacement or a full smile makeover we have a dental treatment plan that will get your teeth looking and feeling their best.

Let’s explore some common dental issues that our patients experience and what treatment options are available to resolve them.

  • Gum disease is a common yet avoidable condition. It is also very serious if left untreated. Early signs present with red, swollen, or bleeding gums, and can eventually lead to tooth loss. Diagnosing symptoms early may only require scaling and root planing, or may require surgery for severe cases.
  • Minor chips, cracks, or decay aren’t always dangerous, but they can lead to a tooth infection that is. Receiving proper periodontal treatment as soon as possible is critical to avoiding the need for root canals.
  • Discoloration in your teeth doesn’t necessarily spell trouble for your physical health, but   it plays an important role in self confidence and a sense of well being. Teeth whitening is often all that is needed to correct discolored teeth; sometimes however, more involved cosmetic dentistry is required, such as porcelain veneers.
  • Dental implants have advanced significantly since they were first introduced in 1965. In the event of facial trauma or severe tooth decay, implants provide dental restoration that can be customized for one tooth or an entire arch of missing teeth.

A lot of common dental problems can happen simultaneously. If you feel overwhelmed when you think about addressing so many issues at once, we’re here to help. If you are a candidate for a full mouth rehabilitation we ensure the process is as easy and painless as possible.

Some of the procedures performed during a full mouth rehabilitation can include: teeth whitening, implant placement, root canals, gum recontouring, or grafting.

Two to three appointments are usually all that are needed for a full mouth rehabilitation. Some procedures may not require any down time at all, while others can take a few months before full recovery. We will ensure that you are healing properly during follow up appointments until you are fully recovered.

Treating Common Dental Issues with Composite Fillings, Pocket Reductions, and Preventative Services at Florida Prosthodontics

Some of the most common dental ailments can often be prevented with proper oral hygiene and maintenance. At Florida Prosthodontics, we’re happy to educate our patients on these practices, as well as provide proper treatment for dental problems, such as cavities and gum disease. With simple fixes like composite fillings, our talented team at Florida Prosthodontics will restore your smile in no time! Read on to learn more about our frequent dentistry treatments for everyday oral troubles.

One of the most common oral problems is gum disease. While it is very easily prevented, it can be incredibly risky if the disease is allowed to spread. Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, occurs when an excess of plaque and bacteria build up in your mouth. These bacteria irritate your gum tissues, creating inflammation. This inflammation, as well as bleeding and bacterial pockets, weakens supportive bones and ligaments, resulting in tooth loss. To prevent gum disease, be sure to practice exceptional oral hygiene, quit any tobacco products, and be cautious of dry mouth. Tobacco reduces blood flow and oxygen levels in your bloodstream, inhibiting your body’s ability to fight infection. Additionally, a dry mouth provides a perfect environment for bacteria to flourish. Though the periodontal disease can be nasty to fight, our professionals at Florida Prosthodontics are prepared to take on the challenge. With a variety of treatment options, we’ll choose the absolute best plan for your case. Gum disease can be treated with root planing, periodontal maintenance, pocket reduction, or even bone grafting. No matter which procedure we choose, Florida Prosthodontics will provide the utmost comfort and care for you during your visit. Your satisfaction and happiness are our priority!

Cavities form when plaque and bacteria build up on your teeth and release eroding acids, causing weak spots in your enamel. This allows for the formation of cavities, which could potentially heavily weaken your teeth and give way to painful infections. Luckily, at Florida Prosthodontics, we’ve got just the fix for you! Our composite fillings are an effective alternative to traditional amalgam fillings, providing a realistic, tooth-colored treatment for your teeth. These composite fillings are placed quickly and efficiently, giving you lasting treatment in under half an hour! Our dentists will begin by removing any decay from your tooth, then applying a texturizing acid, and finally adding the composite resin inside your cavity. Once the filling is polished, you’ll be ready to go! This type of filling bonds with your teeth, reducing the amount of removed tooth structure. Additionally, these fillings are not sensitive to extreme temperature fluctuations, making them convenient for any future procedures! However, prevention is the absolute easiest treatment for cavities. Be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss once a day, and visit Florida Prosthodontics for a professional cleaning and examination twice a year!

Healthy, Radiant Teeth with Zoom Teeth Whitening

Your smile is often the first thing that people notice about you. Moreover, when you smile, your teeth become very apparent. Any discoloration of your teeth can significantly dull its impact and can leave you feeling self-conscious. Food, coffee, tea, and soda stain our teeth over time. After a teeth whitening procedure, you’ll instantly notice the difference! No more editing your photos with filters anymore, teeth whitening will help combat those stains. At Florida Prosthodontics, we can restore the brilliant white to your teeth with Zoom whitening.

Healthy, radiant teeth with Zoom Teeth Whitening

What Is Tooth Discoloration?

Tooth discoloration can be a huge confidence-buster! It occurs when stain particles, such as leftover residue from food or drink consumption, build up in the film of protein that covers the tooth enamel. If your teeth are discolored, it means there is something you’re consuming that is affecting the natural color of your teeth. As mentioned earlier, teeth discoloration may result from drinking coffee, tea, soda, and food. As a solution, tooth discoloration can be treated with teeth whitening. At Florida Prosthodontics, we can restore the brilliant white to your teeth with Cosmetic Dentistry including Zoom whitening.

What Is Zoom Whitening?

You walk by your typical pharmacy, and you have seen different types of at-home teeth whitening products. Zoom whitening is a type of professional whitening that only whitens the enamel of your teeth but your dentin as well. Providing you with a whiter, brighter smile than you ever thought.

How Does Zoom Whitening Do?

Zoom is a simple, non-invasive procedure that usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour. The procedure is a bleaching process, which lightens the discoloration of enamel and dentin. In contrast, most over-the-counter teeth whitening treatments can’t achieve the results you are looking for, especially if you have deeper, darker stains. With Zoom Whitening, it not only whitens the enamel of your teeth but your dentin as well, providing you with a whiter, brighter smile that boosts your confidence. At Florida Prosthodontics, we offer two types of Zoom whitening, chair side, and take-home trays.

How Does Zoom Whitening Work?

As mentioned earlier, the Zoom Whitening procedure takes between 45 minutes to an hour. First, regular cleaning is recommended prior to the Zoom whitening procedure. Once your cleaning is complete, the procedure will begin with a short preparation to cover the lips and gums for protection. Once only your teeth are exposed, we will apply the Zoom hydrogen peroxide whitening gel. When the hydrogen peroxide is applied, it breaks down, causing oxygen to enter the enamel and dentin, bleaching any colored substance while keeping the structure of the tooth unchanged. The whitening gel remains in place for three 15-minute sessions of light activation. Now you just sit back, relax, and let it shine!

Zoom Whitening at Home

If you prefer to whiten your teeth at home, Zoom take-home trays are the best fit for you. At Florida Prosthodontics, we create custom-fit trays and provide you with Zoom whitening gel. The trays are designed to hold the whitening gel against your teeth, twice a day for several hours or overnight when you sleep. The results are noticeable in about a week.

There are many benefits to teeth whitening, especially with Zoom whitening. More importantly, you get faster results with a reliable treatment, and it enhances your appearance which is a confidence booster! Zoom whitening can restore a brilliant bright white color, giving you back your dazzling, confident smile. Call us today at (321) 452-3388 to schedule your appointment.
